The idea for EqualLevel GO evolved from the belief that the cost and complexity for businesses to set up a punchout storefront, and complete customer integration could be greatly reduced.  In the spirit of Salesforce.com, we set out to deliver an intuitive, self-service platform that would allow our customers to quickly deploy affordable, punchout punchout storefronts for their customers.

Customer Punchout Management (CPM) is a technology approach for managing customer orders and associated transactions, originating from buy-side e-procurement applications.  CPM is one of the most impactful technology strategy that a company can undertake to improve customer retention.  Punchout storefronts are established with unique item prices for individual or groups of customers, and connected to their eProcurement systems using commerce extensible markup language (cXML) protocol.  cXML, the most widely adopted b2b protocol on the market today, has the potential to streamline how you do business.
